Smartstyle @ Walmart in Milton, GA - Butchered my Hair!
** This terrible cut occurred at the Walmart in Milton, GA on Hwy 9 by Hamby Rd. **I have long hair (mid to lower back)and was very spcific with the stylist - that she could take 4" off and add long layers.
Sounds pretty basic, right? I was headed back to work so when she finished I just threw my hair up in a bun & left. At the end of my work day I happened to check my hair in the bathroom and was shocked to see that one side was about 3" shorter than the other and the layers I had asked for looked like a straight cut just below my ear. One side of my head looked like I had a bob over long hair.
Ugh. Thank God I can still put my hair up! I went back for a refund and was told I'd have to come back when the Manager was there - 2 days later! I'm a single Mom who works full time.
I went there because it was affordable and I could buy diapers and get a cut during lunch.
Now I will end up spending more money to have it fixed at another salon and who knows when I'll be able to find the time as I don't like to do anything without my 2 year old on the weekends.
Monetary Loss: $19.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia

My pixie just got butchered and all I wanted was a trim on a beautiful pixie I paid 50 for the month before at my usual salon. Not only did she shave my sides but ruined the whole style and left me with no bangs.
I am horrified. And cried alot.
She had the audacity to tell me she messed up and it was my fault. Never again will i go to this fake salon!!
Its all in the person who cuts your hair not smart style!
Whatever the *** you have against walmart is your problem but smart style is not owned by walmart, it is owned by regis and the space in walmart is only rented. and to the origional complaint, your story seemes exaggerated, but either way if your so broke throw your hair up and wait the two days for the manager or shut the *** up.
Personally, I would sooner set my money on fire in the parking lot than give one penny of it to any entity associated with Walmart Conglomerate. You get what you pay for, and with Walmart's reputation of inbred, backwoods business practices, you should know better than to let them touch your hair. There's certain things in life you shouldn't skimp on, and appearance is one of them.
Who Cares - Then YOU can get YOUR hair cut there. Good luck!
Hair grows back. Why pay for two cuts?
Quit your ***. I side with Smartstyle.
