I had color and blowout at the Clover, SC Salon and when finished I was charged almost double as to what I paid at another Smartstyle salon. stopped in our local salon at 6:30 pm to get highlights, there were 2 hairstylists and one customer. The one stylist who was not busy ,after learning what service I needed, stated that it was their policy not to take anyone for highlights at this time. Told stylist what kind of perm specifically that I wanted, and didn't want. Was rushed to the counter to pay, and didn't get the opportunity to really look at hair. Went to pay and it was quite a bit more than I was told. When I got home, I tried to pick my hair with a hair pick, and my hair looks like poodle fur!!! I waited a ridiculous amount of time, 45 minutes in all at the Wilkes barre location in Walmart. The first stylist who called me up advised she was to new to do my highlights. She advised to please wait another 15-20 mins and someone would do them. When the two other stylists returned to the salon, after whispering for 5 mins, advised me they had no bleach ?!? What?!? Asked for a caramel brown and I walked out a hot mess damaged burnt 50 shades of blonde,green, yellow. And I still had to pay $36, I also have an oozing sore from the chemical burn i recieved during this terrible experience!!! Read more

I went in for a cut and color my hair did not get cut the way i wanted it, now its too short and i def did not get the colors i wanted the first pic is what they did (i already had this color) the second pic is the colors i wanted, big difference. They charged me 137 and said there is no refunds, they can only try to fix it. Why in the *** would i go back in just for them to *** it up a second time!?!? NEVER AGAIN! leominster ma Read more

All i have to say is the smart style inside walmart store number 0470 1821 SPID Corpus Christi Texas has the worst manager has no clue on how to handle customer service and she needs to be fired not only does she have an ugly attitude shes an ugly person

My parents took my son to get a hair cut at the Smart Style within the Walmart in Beeville, Texas. The haircut he received was very crooked and looked like it was done by a two year old. Went to the smart style in Pearland Walmart over charged me charged me 9.00 to trim my eyebrows contacted corporate the called me back after the second call said I would be refunded and receive something in the mail neither happened and they sent me a coupon to come get a hair cut
