I have found that Cindee at the Seneca Falls Smart Style location is a skilled hair stylist and she listens to what her customers want. I have always been afraid of stylist that get "scissor Happy" and Cindee only cuts off the amount of hair you ask her to. The more I see her, the more familiar she is with my hair type and how best to cut it since my hair is naturally curly. I definitely recommend her.

The manager at the Brooksville store. What's the worry about her?

Watch that she forgot to neutralize the her period and she did a second perm. Which frized out my hair period I have given an ample number of time with top of the line products to see if this would fix out. And after calling her, she got really nasty and refused a refund. She also did not do what I wanted.

I stated I wanted a tight curl on top and a medium curl on bottom and she decided to do what she wanted to do. Come to find out your manager has only had experience with doing one perm. My hair is now instead of going to be a low maintenance. You're going to be a high maintenance problem including with cost of hair products, which I do not want from your store as she offered , And time consuming.

I asked her to trim and cut the hair prior to the perm.

And she did not do so my bangs are hanging past my nose. And the ends are still looking frizzy. The top portion of the hair did not curl. It actually just frizzed from having a double perm she was so concerned about her timer watch not working for the time accountability , she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing.

She forgot to neutralize it when she pulled the rods out and then reperm the hair instead of rolling them back and putting on the neutralizer. I have had perms before. So I have given this more than ample amount of time with hair care products of argon oil and leaving conditioners and it is not fixing the problem. She did not tell me that it was a seven day policy.

And she knew she messed up. I never should have been charged.

Bad hair

Went in for a cut color and highlights. Brought in a picture for example. What I got wasn't even close. I came out looking like a red tiger. Red hair with bright red 2inch thick strips. Charged me 250$ to do it. They will not give a refund the customer service is non existent. And I had to pay 200 eles where to have it fixed!...stay away from this place

Let me make clear prior to my recent visit. I was well pleased with the company.

Mostly because of the stylist I had.Yesterday's service was too costly for just a trim for bangs and ends.

Not to mention, most salons will not refuse to trim. Trimming should be a service...

First off, while they are professionally trained a lot could be said about their attention to service and attitude. Prior, to today's visit.

I was a happy and satisfied customer. I needed only a trim of my bangs and ends. No wash and cut. When I inquired about the cost.

I was told per company policy the company doesn't trim hair. If it weren't for the fact, I had already been running all day. I would've of left. I wasn't informed of the sharp increase in service.

Otherwise, I would have left.
The place was dead and only one stylist was there.

She was polite but attentive to the specific questions I had about my hair in coloring it.
I will not be back and a suggestion update on your website the costs of all services. Because it didn't match the site.
Looking for another beautician will not suggest anyone go there.

Im requesting a refund and the stylist Natasha is refusing to issue it. I disliked my style and she stated she did what I asked for and that was definitely incorrect.

I showed her a photo and she said she could and even promised me, which she shouldnt have. She refused to correct it she said it takes steps and she couldnt do red and blonde it would be hard, but yet thats what I asked her if she was able to. Why be so confident knowing that you wouldnt have been able to achieve the customers results?

I have gone to another stylist and confirmed if this couldve been achieved easily and they agreed and they also said that it is fixable and able to be color corrected so Im requesting my refund back please I dont wish to report any of this. I just want a smooth refund.

I wanted burgundy Lites and blonde highlights as you can see in the photo on the right, but unfortunately mine is the photo on the left with just golden streaks.

Was charged $168 for a hacked up burnt hair style! Walked in with mid back length hair, requesting med curl perm with as little as possible hair cut. Walked out with a hacked up fried hair style.

I walked in I showed her my hairstyle. She said yes its just layers I get in the chair she runs to the back was back there for a couple minutes comes back and starts cutting my hair.

I see that she is doing it wrong so I tell her you want me to show you the picture again she says now girl I was in the back watching YouTube on how to do it YouTube because she has never done layers and I asked her before I even sit in her chair if she could do it she assured me she could, but then went to the back to watch YouTube and now my hair is two different links. I have to walk sideways just to have even hair.

Because my husband has advanced Alzheimers, I cannot take two to three hours for a haircut. Walmart is 25 minutes from my home. Only one hairstylist at the store. She was nice and acted like she was okay. Her hair wash was terrible. Hair was still dirty. The photos show the results-horrible. This is after I told her I wanted a neat bob turned under on the ends.

User's recommendation: I paid about $42 for a $19.99 haircut because the stylist made 2 or 3 enhancements which doubled the price? What were the extras? She never asked me to do the extras. Can you look up my bill using my name (Lela Simco) and the store in McAlester, OK about 6 weeks ago?I say AVOID this salon because I went back for a correction and the store manager was no better. Her results speak volumes-awful fuzzy ends that cannot be tamed with any product.
