I purchased the Paul Mitchell and Conditioner at the Gonzales LA location Saturday. The promotion was buy one second is one half off.

She rang it up charging me more for the shampoo than it said on the bottle's tag. After ringing it up and paying here, I looked at my receipt and questioned her.She said the price went up. How convenient! Old price on bottle and now the price inflated to cover the "deal".

If I wasn't in a weakened state due to burying my 58 year old brother in law Friday, I would have put up a fuss.

UNFAIR!! Never buy products or use Smartstyle again.

Wow, I’m really sorry that you were treated that way. As a stylist for this company it should not have happened and would not have under our manager.

Someone didn’t do their job with pricing out the stickers when the change came in.

It is not the customers fault and they should have honored the sticker price. It’s really upsetting to see you do things going on because it gives all of us a bad name for people unwilling to do their job correctly
