I've include photos of my hair before (it's the one with braided hair) and what it was suppose to look like. I'm realistic, I know it's not going to look exact to the photo, but it's not even close

I went in for a balayge and told them I want NO brassiness or yellow tones in my hair, so they knew from the start. I came out with the bottom half of my hair a bleach blonde and my top half sandy blonde (natural color.) not blended at all and the under portion is worse.

The girl who did it said I think I can do it! That was my fault for not leaving right there. You should know, not think when you're dealing with someone's hair and chemicals. She used 4 foils in my hair.

2 in back and 1 on each side... the foil on the side had bleached hair at the top out and it got on my eyebrow and now the end of my eyebrow is bleached! And also the bleach flakes kept getting in my eyelashes. So finally it done and I'm waiting, the manager comes over and looks at the hair and tells her not to use a toner in my hair..

I've never not had a toner used in the whole 7 years I've regularly gotten blonde hilights. She dries it for me and it's YELLOW. I'm staring at the mirror in disbelief.. I'm so upset and she sees that..

and she says "well what do you want me to do?" In a way that is apparent that she's mad that I don't like it. I stated from the very beginning that I didn't want brassy tones. Never mind that.. it wasn't a balayge..

not even close. So the manager has to approve that she uses the toner.. so she puts in in and is rough with my hair because she's upset she has to go back in and do it. After she washes it she ask me "you're not going to make me dry your hair again are you.

Keep in mind it's 30 degrees out and windy. So I say no I'll just dry it. She hands me a brush and dryer and I do it myself. I pay and go home because I feel rushed out and very uncomfortable because the manager was rude from the start as well, very standoffish and bad facial language and how she spoke to me was rude.

It wasn't until I got home I saw just how horrible my hair was.. so dry that after I get it fixed I'm going to have to cut a good 4-5 inches off.. I've been growing it for over a year and a half now for my wedding that's 6 months away.. im heart sick over this..

and I have pictures for my engagement in a week and a half, that's why I went in here to get my hair done because it's without an appointment.. bottom line my hair is destroyed and I'm out 125$ to the company, money for the next person to fix it and years of hair growth I cannot get back. I've tried to call the corp. number and get a district manager to call me and have had no luck.

I'm thinking about going to the better business bureau.. I should have to pay to fix THEIR mistake.

I'd bet that's just the beginning with you.

You have fallen deeply into the commercial wedding trap.

It's so heavily engraved into your thoughts that you have become "heart sick" over a minor matter.

I would guess that you dress has no shoulders also.

Stop dying your hair constantly ; it will be healthier and you won't have any more problems with other women who are crabby and inefficient. Save your money for a better purpose than a fancy wedding.

Yeah you're right - when she said "I think I can", I'd be having some sort of emergency that made me leave right then.
