They don't even deserve one star.Went into the one on brockway knowing that they were opened until 8, well we get there at 6pm and they have it gated off so no one can get in with employees being inside, so we proceed to leave and a lady comes after us stating that they were cleaning up and that they would be back open in about 10 to 15 minutes, so we go back in 20 minutes and they still have it gated off.

If the signs say open til 8pm then you should be open until then not closed for clean up so we leave and go to the this one on Bay rd and we are sitting their with my 2 children that need the cuts. Of course with them being 2 they are being somewhat loud so the lady rudely ask "can I help you" and I tell her yes that we are here to get their hair cut and she rolls her eyes and proceeds to ask if they sit.

Very rude and unprofessional at both places.Very first and last time ever going to one of these salons!!

Sounds like they had to clean up after having someone come in with lice. State Board requires a salon to shut down and do a top to bottom clean in both the waiting area and salon area after a possible lice contamination.
