Concerning rhe Elizabethville, Pennsylvania: I called to see if I could get an appointment and was told that they could sign me in for 45 minutes later. I arrived 45 minutes later and the wouldn't acknowledge me for 20 minutrs and said I would have to wait 20 minutes.
What' the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait 39 minutes?
In rhe spirit of Seinfeld, they know how to make an appoinrment, but they dont know how to hold the appointment. GOOD grief!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

AGREE! I had the same experience in Oklahoma!
I know, it's one of the slowest haircut places I've ever been to in my life, I came for a haircut and I waited 1 he before she finally finished cutting 2 people's hair, despite the fact I got there before 1 of them, the cut wasn't even good on top of that, plus the staff was very unprofessional and the lady cutting hair kept talking to her friends as they came in there just to sit in chairs and talk, which is very tough considering there are only 2 waiting chairs, overall the service was very poor and I can't see myself coming back to that salon.
