I let my hair grow for over a year to get the style I wanted an showed to the stylist. IT WAS A DISASTER.
I returned to the store to see how my hair could be somewhat salvaged.
Was told nothing could be done till hair grew out. Diane promised full refund.[$105.71] Was to call corporate. Have heard nothing and no refund. Please take care immediately so that I am not forced to notify my card company. The store has all my information. They were kept on hold by corp for about an hour gave up. email@example.com

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "all of the above" of smartstyle hair coloring and associated monetary loss in the amount of $107. Smartstyle needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
