I went in this past monday 10/9/17 to have a pinwheel hair color done with brown red and caramel.My hair is hard to judge when its wet and can't use a blow dryer.

Well I left and that evening I was looking closely at the roots and the red bled into the blonde and in areas of the blonde through the lengths had red in them. I was so upset how it turned out. I looked like mix breed skunk with garfield stripes. I tried to get ahold of the manager on tuesday and they said she would be in after 4 so i called back and they said she left at 4.

So i called back wednesday and they said she would be in on thursday today hopefully i can reach her today.

But i did the online survey that says satisfaction guaranteed and said I would get a call shortly and still haven't got anything.Very frustrated.
