I have gotten a perm at smartstyle salon in Indiana pa,the perm has taken on the bottom of my hair but on top I got nothing so the salon worker decided to cut the top to see if it would make any difference,it still is flat! the worker did not care she said come back in a month to try again.As I was at the salon another girl cut a womans hair and it was not even so I told them and they did not fix it and did not tell the woman and left her leave that way.I don't want some one doing my hair if they do not care.I wanted my money back and that did not happen, I am very unhappy and will not go back there ever.I will tell as many of people that I can about that salon, it is not a salon that takes pride in there work.

That is very bad for business. The salon should retrain there workers.

the reason the stylist told you to come back in a month was so your hair would not get dry. you can not put a perm on top of a perm.

go back in 3 weeks and get it repermed at no charge.

then if your still not happy you have a valid reason to complain. did you talk to management????
