As to when I started I was told that my position as a manager will take sometime well on the second day of training there was no one there to train me to close the salon as district manager Diana thiessen had left at 430 instead of showing myself how to close wow not good

Diana a also inform org the two other stylist not to say where the old manager was as one of ther part time stylis new where and she was also friends to there fore I don't play these games they do also I asked Diana how come I am not on the system yet threw head office and she said the computers were down plus the one in the staff room has no ink

I asked can't you get some ink for it she replied no we order that from head office once again very in organized my third day the part time girl the one that knew the old manager also let clients know were she was gone to .... At 5 pm to close out till she cashed in all her tips started an argument with me and. Left said you seem to know what your doing and left wow very disappointed as I have been a stylist for 34 years and to here that as well never ever would I work for Regis incorp again very unorganized and also back stabbers too I would like an apology from the head office that walking into fire was in called for if they are that unorganized also having only two part time stylist is not good customer service when the one is cranky and the oft her just got out of school and has to work two days alone
